| January 20, 2025 | Deadline for teams to submit clarifying questions |
| January 2, 2025 | Answers to clarifying questions sent to all competitors |
| February 10, 2025 | Competitor briefs due at 5:00 PM EST |
| February 11, 2025 | Competitors receive all competitors’ briefs |
| February 21, 2025 – February 23, 2025 | Competition Weekend – Preliminary Rounds: Friday, February 21 – Octofinal, Quarterfinal and Semifinal Rounds: Saturday, February 22 – Final Argument: Sunday, February 23 |
