We are happy to announce that as of December 1, 2023, the digital version of Volume 47 of NYU Law Moot Court’s Casebook is available to all subscribers.* Once logged in, you can view the opening pages and individual downloadable files for each problem listed below. Each download contains both (1) the Memorandum of Law and (2) the Record, in PDF and Word formats.
You can find the previous volume, Volume 46, in our Casebook Archive, along with over 100 problems from past volumes. This is available to all subscribers.
Note: Direct downloads via the “Download Now” button are supported on Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge, with some experiencing difficulties with Google Chrome. If using Chrome, open the link provided in each problem in a new tab and your download should start immediately.
